AirSculpt is a trademarked fat removal procedure sold exclusively by Elite Body Sculpture, which now operates as AirSculpt Technologies. The pitch is a minimally invasive alternative to conventional liposuction: no scalpel, no stitches, no general anesthesia, one to two days of downtime, and the patient awake throughout. The price reflects that positioning.

AirSculpt is unusually easy to price accurately for one reason. Its parent company is publicly traded on Nasdaq and reports revenue per case every quarter, and a “case” is defined in the filings as one patient visit even when several body areas are treated. That gives you something almost no cash-pay aesthetic brand offers: an audited average of what patients actually spend, not a marketing range. This guide uses the SEC numbers as the anchor and the company’s own published prices for the per-area detail, all read September 4 2026.

What Does AirSculpt Cost Without Insurance?

Two sources sit behind this table. The per-area rows come from Elite Body Sculpture’s own pages. The average-spend rows come from AirSculpt Technologies’ SEC filings, where a case is one patient visit.

Service or typeLowAverageHigh
Any small area, company’s stated starting point (plus surgical fee)$6,000n/an/a
Chin AirSculpt$3,500n/a$6,000
Chin AirSculpt+ (adds skin tightening)$4,500n/a$7,500
Fat transfer add-on (Hip Flip, Power BBL)n/a+$5,000n/a
Average spend per patient visit, Q2 2026 (SEC)n/a$12,707n/a
Average spend per patient visit, full-year 2025 (SEC)n/a$12,809n/a
Promotional package minimum spend, Fall 2026 offer$12,000n/an/a
Liposuction surgeon fee, U.S. national average (ASPS)n/a$4,711n/a

Note the internal contradiction: the company’s cost page says small areas begin at $6,000, while its own double chin guide prices Chin AirSculpt from $3,500. Both pages were live on September 4 2026. We publish both rather than picking one, and it is a good reminder that the “starting at” number on any cosmetic chain’s page is a floor for marketing purposes, not a quote.

AirSculpt Prices: What the SEC Filings Show

The most useful number on this page is not on airsculpt.com. AirSculpt Technologies’ Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 2026 reports revenue per case of $12,707, and $12,742 across the first half of the year. Its Form 10-K for fiscal 2025 reports $12,809 for the full year, against $12,849 in 2024 and $13,121 in 2023.

Read that as the real average ticket. Prices have drifted down about 3% over three years, which in an inflationary period means the company has been discounting. Volume tells the same story: 11,852 cases in 2025 against 14,932 in 2023, with same-center volume down 22.1% in 2025. The 10-Q reports 31 facilities and 65 procedure rooms as of June 30 2026.

The gap between the $6,000 advertised floor and the $12,707 average is the whole story of how these consultations work. Almost nobody buys one small area. The average patient leaves having bought a multi-area plan at roughly double the entry price.

What Drives the Price

How many areas you treat. This is the dominant variable. The company’s Fall 2026 promotion, which offers a third area free, carries a minimum spend of $12,000 and is valid only for procedures completed on or before September 15 2026. A promotion structured around a $12,000 floor tells you what a normal multi-area plan costs.

Whether fat is transferred, not just removed. Elite Body Sculpture states that combining fat removal with a fat transfer usually adds about $5,000 to the total, with smaller transfers like the Hip Flip costing less than a Power BBL.

The area itself. Arms, front bra roll, inner and outer thigh, lower back and knees are listed by the company as the quicker and therefore less expensive areas. Abdomen, flanks and full-body plans sit at the top.

The surgical fee. The $6,000 small-area figure is explicitly quoted “plus the surgical fee,” which is a separate line. Ask for it in writing before you compare anything.

Your city. The company names geography as a pricing factor and says patients may pay more in larger cities with higher demand. It operates 31 locations, heavily weighted toward major metros.

Cash Price vs. Insurance

There is no insurance comparison to make, and the company is unusually blunt about it. AirSculpt Technologies’ 10-K states that it requires 100% private pay upfront and faces no reimbursement risk. The cost page adds that insurance does not usually cover cosmetic procedures like AirSculpt.

That has two consequences worth understanding. First, there is no negotiated network rate anchoring the price, so the list price is the price. Second, the federal advertising rules are the only real constraint on how the number is presented to you. The Federal Trade Commission’s January 2023 order against LasikPlus operator LCA-Vision is the clearest illustration: the FTC found only 6.5 percent of consumers lured in by an advertised sub-$300 price actually qualified for it, while typical quotes ran $1,800 to $2,295 per eye, and required the company to pay $1.25 million. When a cash-pay chain advertises a starting price, assume you are being quoted the floor of a distribution whose average is roughly twice as high.

For context on where this sits against the conventional procedure, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons puts the national average liposuction surgeon fee at $4,711, and states that the figure excludes anesthesia, operating room facilities and other related expenses. Our liposuction cost guide breaks down what those add.

How to Pay Less

Price the underlying procedure, not the brand. AirSculpt is power-assisted liposuction with a proprietary workflow. Get two quotes from board-certified plastic surgeons for the same area list before you decide the trademark is worth the difference. Our fair price tool shows the going range for the underlying work.

Buy fewer areas. Because the plan scales per area, the single largest lever on your total is cutting the list. Stage the rest for a later year rather than financing it now.

Time it against the promotion, but check the math. The Fall 2026 “sculpt 2 areas, get a third free” offer requires a $12,000 minimum spend and expires for procedures completed after September 15 2026. A free third area is only a saving if you wanted three areas at $12,000 to begin with.

Interrogate the financing before you sign it. Roughly half of AirSculpt cases in 2025 were financed through third parties including CareCredit, PatientFi and Alphaeon, and the company advertises plans from $100 a month. The CFPB’s May 2023 report found the typical medical credit card APR is 26.99%, against about 16% for general purpose cards, and that consumers paid $1 billion in deferred interest on healthcare charges between 2018 and 2020. Ask directly whether the offer is deferred interest, and compare it against a credit union personal loan.

Do not confuse an elective cosmetic bill with a medical one. If a complication generates real hospital bills afterward, those are a different animal and there are real programs for them. Start with hospital charity care and, if a bill has already been sent out, medical bills in collections.

Get the quote itemized in writing. Per-area price, surgical fee, garments, follow-ups and any revision policy, on one page, before you leave. The same discipline that works on facility bills works here: see how to read an itemized bill.

The Bottom Line

Plan on $6,000 as an entry point for one small area plus a surgical fee, and roughly $12,700 as the realistic average once a consultation turns into a multi-area plan. That average is not an estimate; it comes straight out of the company’s quarterly SEC filing, which makes AirSculpt one of the few cash-pay aesthetic procedures in the country where the true average ticket is a matter of public record.

If you are cross-shopping chains, Sono Bello cost covers the largest laser-lipo network and prices per area in a much lower band. For non-surgical fat reduction at a fraction of the price, see CoolSculpting cost and Emsculpt cost. If loose skin rather than fat is the actual complaint, tummy tuck cost is the right comparison, and for fat transfer to the buttocks specifically, BBL cost. Other cash-pay aesthetic chains that use the same consultation-quote model are covered in LaserAway cost and Milan Laser hair removal cost.
