LaserAway is the rare national med spa chain that publishes an actual price list, and that alone makes it the most useful benchmark in cash-pay aesthetics. Its main competitor, Milan Laser, publishes no package prices at all, so LaserAway’s numbers end up doing double duty as the industry’s reference point.
Everything below was read from laseraway.com on September 4 2026. Two cautions before the table. LaserAway states that prices may vary by location, so the national page is a starting point rather than a quote. And the chain runs near-continuous promotions (it was advertising 70% off select laser hair removal packages under a “Back to Basics Sale” banner on the day we read it), which means list price is rarely the transaction price in either direction.

A few structural notes. Laser hair removal is priced by area and sold in packages of 3, 8 or 10, with additional savings on multi-area bundles. Skin rejuvenation services all follow the same shape: a single-session list price and a package of six at a lower per-treatment rate. CoolSculpting steps down 25% at 4 to 7 treatments and 50% at 8 or more, which is why the low column shows $275.
For context on whether these are high or low, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons puts the national average practitioner fee for laser skin treatments including laser hair removal at $697, a figure still published as of September 2026. That average blends tiny and enormous treatment areas, so it is useful as a sanity check and useless as a budget.
What Drives the Price
Treatment area, above everything. The $99 to $649 spread on a single laser hair removal session is entirely about how much skin the technician has to cover. Chin and lip sit at the bottom, back and full legs at the top.
Package depth. Nothing in this category is priced to be bought one at a time. Every line on LaserAway’s list gets meaningfully cheaper in a package of six, eight or ten, which is the mechanism that turns a $99 decision into a $2,394 one.
Which molecule you pick. Xeomin is cheaper than Botox at LaserAway on every tier ($12 versus $15 at list, $7 versus $10 in a 300-unit bank). If your provider says either is appropriate, that is a straightforward 20% saving on the same visit.
The promotional calendar. On September 4 2026 LaserAway was running 70% off select laser hair removal packages, a first Botox treatment at $10 a unit, a first Xeomin treatment at $7 a unit, and a $90 first Instant Glow laser facial. These rotate constantly. Never accept a list price without asking what promotion is live.
Financing, which is where the real cost hides. The advertised “$133/month” is an 18-month deferred-interest program for well-qualified buyers with a stated total payment of $2,394, and up to 32.99% APR charged on the promotional balance from the purchase date if it is not paid off inside the window. LaserAway is not the lender; third-party lenders set the terms. The tattoo removal equivalent is $109 a month for 12 months, total $1,308, on a 16-treatment quarter-size package.
Cash Price vs. Insurance
There is no insurance to compare against. LaserAway’s purchase terms state plainly that its treatments are voluntary elective procedures not covered by public or private insurance, that the company will not submit claims to any carrier, and that payment is due before services are rendered. Every price above is a cash price.
That makes the contract, not the coverage, the thing to read. LaserAway’s purchase terms say all sales are final, that unused or unrendered treatments may not be transferred to another customer, and that if it decides to issue a refund it reserves the right to refund store credit only. Free treatments bundled with a purchase have no refund value. The terms also contain an arbitration provision and a class-action waiver, and a clause stating that if you charge back a purchase, LaserAway may seek to recover the amount, including through a collection agency.
That last clause is the one to take seriously, because a prepaid aesthetic package is ordinary consumer debt with none of the protections medical debt gets. Our guide to medical bills in collections walks through why that difference changes your options.
On memberships and recurring charges generally, be careful about what anyone tells you the law requires. The FTC’s Negative Option Rule page shows an active rulemaking, including a March 2026 advance notice of proposed rulemaking, after the Eighth Circuit vacated the 2024 click-to-cancel rule in July 2025. In other words, do not assume a federal one-click cancellation right exists. Read the cancellation terms in the contract you are actually signing.
How to Pay Less
Buy the package, but buy one area. The per-treatment discount on a package of eight or ten is real, and so is the risk of prepaying for a multi-area bundle you stop using. Finish one area first.
Ask for the total, not the monthly. The $2,394 in LaserAway’s own footnote is the honest number for a financed course. Anchor every negotiation on the total and treat the monthly payment as a distraction. This is the same posture that works in our guide to negotiating medical bills.
Decline deferred interest and pay cash instead. Up to 32.99% retroactive on the full original balance is a serious penalty for missing a payoff date by one billing cycle. If you cannot pay cash today, buy a smaller package today.
Price the same treatment at a dermatology office. Chains lead the search results, but a practice with a published package price is often half the chain per-session rate for the same body area. Run both through our fair price checker before you commit. The broader argument for demanding a posted number is the same one behind hospital price transparency.
Switch to the cheaper neurotoxin. If Xeomin works for you, it is $12 a unit against Botox at $15, before any bank discount.
Wait for the sale, and get its expiry in writing. Something is always 50% to 70% off in this category. That means the sticker is a fiction, and it also means an offer you were quoted last month may not exist today.
The Bottom Line
LaserAway’s published range of $99 to $649 per laser hair removal treatment is the most reliable public price in national med spa retail, which is exactly why it is worth using as a yardstick against chains that publish nothing. Budget from the $2,394 financing footnote rather than the $133 monthly, decline deferred interest, buy one area at a time, and read the all-sales-final clause before you prepay.
